Benjamin Marshall
Managing Partner
Ben has over 25 years of experience in brownfield real estate development, with deep expertise in site work, environmental issues, off-market transactions, municipal coordination, industrial markets, and utility systems.
He has led complex redevelopment efforts involving underutilized assets, infrastructure constraints, and local approval processes.
He has also built and exited multiple real estate services businesses, including Green Stamp, an insulation services company.
Ben studied Chemistry at Columbia, Real Estate and Finance at Harvard, and earned his MBA from Yeshiva University.
James Lavin
Chief Technology Officer
James brings 30 years of experience across data centers, real estate, power infrastructure, batteries, and industrial technologies.
He founded Switch and Data in the late 1990s, an early carrier-neutral colocation platform that helped define the modern colocation data center model.
He also led Advanced Fire Suppression, now used in 70+ countries, and currently serves as founder/CEO of Electron Storage Inc. and founder/board member of EDAC Labs.
James studied Biochemistry at Harvard and earned his MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Albert Mendelsohn
President, Southeast Region
Al is a current Co-Managing Director at Chestnut River Business House. He brings decades of experience across construction, real estate development, building systems, and large-scale project execution.
He founded Adam Construction Company and grew the business into a major regional construction platform with more than $100 million in revenue and over 250 employees.
He also served as National Director of Construction for Au Bon Pain and led the Northeast rollout for Starbucks, overseeing approximately 100 buildouts across the region.
Al studied Building Science at the University of Cape Town.
Moshe Weinreb
Eliezer Greer

Community Liaison, Mid-Atlantic Region
Drawing on his background in software engineering at Amazon, Moshe has developed tools that overlay utility infrastructure, zoning, and real estate data to identify gaps in power availability — generating a pipeline of 100+ sites that meet our core acquisition criteria.
He manages diligence timelines, counterparty alignment, and investor materials across powered land and adaptive reuse opportunities.
Moshe holds a BS in Data Science from Yeshiva University and has studied Real Estate and Finance at Harvard
Eliezer brings more than two decades of experience across real estate operations, housing redevelopment, public policy, and community leadership.
He currently serves as Director of Operations at Navarino Capital LLC, overseeing operations and capital improvement programs for a multi-state residential portfolio of more than 3,500 apartment units.
Previously, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Edgewood Elm Housing, where he helped manage and revitalize distressed housing assets.
Eliezer earned his degree in Political Science from Brown University and received rabbinical ordination in Jerusalem.
